Episode Summary

Hear how a decade of patient real estate investing gave her the freedom to leave her career and travel on her own terms. Tiffany Green shares her experience coming up in the hip hop radio industry, working at WGCI in Chicago and Hot 97 in New York City. Tiffany then goes on to share how and why she started investing in real estate. She explains how she bought her first property and how, 10 years later, she was able to retire on rental properties. She explains how she selects her macro markets, micro markets and specific properties, and how she built her portfolio one property at a time over a decade. She explains how she built up her net rental income to the point where it exceeded her salary and how she then quit her job and started traveling the world on her passive rental income. She also names her top 5 hip hop artists, as well as the #1 person she would most like to have dinner with. She also shares the #1 piece of advice she would give to her 18 year old self, recommends her top 3 travel destinations, and gives her top bucket list destinations where she most wants to go next.
