3) DESTINATIONS

THE AZORES are a Portuguese archipelago of volcanic islands in the Atlantic Ocean, which include jaw dropping scenery like this crater lake. You can drink incredible local wines or rare Azorian teas, all while overlooking geothermal geysers, or dramatic cliffs jutting into the ocean. I spent my birthday here one year and stayed on the island of Sao Miguel the whole time. But, if you have time to go island hopping, I hear it is incredible. These were truly some of the most unique islands I’ve ever visited.
